Online 1 to 1 First Session
First Steps Forward
Around 24 hours before your first session, you’ll have a brief introduction call with your therapist to help you feel at ease. When we meet for your session itself, we’ll walk you through our confidentiality policy and simple intake process, while also explaining what you can expect from future sessions. Once you feel comfortable and clear, we’ll move gently into our therapeutic work together.
Group/ Couples Therapy
Shared Experiences
Group therapy offers a unique opportunity to work through challenges within your own established circle, helping to resolve issues, improve communication, and build stronger dynamics between members.
