WHAT WE DO

ClearLine Therapy offers non-clinical emotional and wellbeing support through 45-minute secure online video sessions. Our work is rooted in creating a safe, non-judgmental space to:

• Speak freely about experiences, challenges, and feelings

• Process and make sense of what you’re going through

• Explore thoughts, values, and personal goals

• Build clarity and confidence in how you navigate life

We focus entirely on understanding your experience — not diagnosing or treating mental health conditions.

AREAS WE SUPPORT

We commonly work with people facing:

• Stress, overwhelm, burnout, and emotional ups and downs

• Relationship conflict, communication struggles, and boundary issues

• Questions about identity, self-esteem, and life transitions (like career changes or separation)

• Grief, loss, and adjusting to big changes

• Searching for meaning, purpose, and personal growth

• Work pressure, isolation, and unmet emotional needs

WHAT WE DON’T DO — AND WHO WE’RE NOT FOR

This service isn’t suitable if you’re experiencing:

• Acute mental health crisis or severe distress

• Active suicidal thoughts, self-harm, or immediate risk to life

• Unmanaged psychosis, severe personality disorder, or substance dependence needing clinical help

• Situations where emotional wellbeing is tied to undiagnosed medical/psychiatric illness

We don’t provide medical, psychiatric, or clinical care — no diagnoses, no medication advice, no formal treatment protocols.

IF YOU NEED MORE THAN WE CAN OFFER

If you fall into the above categories, we’ll be upfront about it — and we’ll help you get the right support fast. We’ll signpost you to:

• 24/7 crisis help: Samaritans (116 123) or NHS 111

• Clinical care: Your GP or registered professionals via BACP/NCS

• Ongoing support: Mind or local community wellbeing services

OUR GUIDING PRINCIPLE

You don’t need a diagnosis to deserve support.
